We're confident in the quality of FontFX. If the Premium plan doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, no reason required.
2. Eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- Refund request submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
- First-time purchase of FontFX Premium
Not eligible for refund:
- Requests made more than 7 calendar days after purchase
- Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service
- Repeated purchases and refund requests by the same user
3. How to Request a Refund
The refund process is simple and straightforward:
- Send an email to support@font-fx.com
- Use "Refund Request" as the subject line
- Include your Canva account email address (to identify your purchase)
- No reason is required, but we welcome your feedback to help us improve
4. Processing Time
- We will confirm and process your refund within 2 business days of receiving the request
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5. After a Refund
- Your account will revert to the Free plan once the refund is processed
- Access to Premium-exclusive features will be removed
- Any designs you previously created with Premium features will remain unaffected
- You may continue using the Free plan features
6. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment, so there are no refund considerations. If you have any issues with the Free plan, feel free to contact us.
7. Special Circumstances
In the following situations, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis even beyond the 7-day period:
- Technical issues that render the Service completely unusable
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
